Returns
You may return an item if it meets the following conditions:
- The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- You contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition and packaging.
- All original tags and labels are still attached.
To request a return, please email us at support@kingessentialshoodie.de with your order number, reason for return, and clear photos (if applicable). Once approved, we will send you return instructions.
Important: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item:
- Request a return for the original item following the process above.
- Once your return is approved and processed, place a new order for the correct item.
This ensures faster processing and helps us maintain accurate inventory.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Items purchased on sale or promotion.
- Items returned after 7 days of delivery.
- Items showing signs of wear, damage, or washing.
- Orders placed with incorrect size or color due to customer error.
