At Essentials Hoodie, we take pride in offering quality products and excellent customer service. Your satisfaction is important to us. This policy outlines how cancellations, returns, and refunds are handled for purchases made through our website.
Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so within 12 hours of placing it. During this time, the order is still being processed and can be canceled without issue.
To cancel your order, please email us at support@kingessentialshoodie.de with your order number and reason for cancellation. If your request is made after 12 hours, we cannot guarantee that the order can be canceled, as it may already be processed or shipped.
Please note that orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available only under specific conditions. You may request a refund if:
- You received a damaged item.
- You received a defective product.
- You received an incorrect item or size due to our error.
To be eligible for a refund, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and clear photos of the product showing the issue.
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will begin processing your refund. Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment and may take 5 to 7 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Items Not Eligible for Refund
We do not offer refunds or returns under the following conditions:
- You ordered the wrong size or color by mistake.
- You no longer want the item after it has been shipped.
- The item was purchased during a sale or promotion.
- Shipping delays caused by the courier or weather conditions.
Please refer to our size guide before placing an order to avoid issues related to fit.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct product exchanges. If you receive a wrong or faulty item and qualify for a return, you may request a refund and place a new order for the correct item.
Return Process
If your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on where to send the item. The item must be:
- In its original condition.
- Unworn, unwashed, and unused.
- Returned in its original packaging with any tags still attached.
Unless the item was damaged or incorrect, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your protection.
